Marcos Leme

More than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, the last 20 in C-level positions. Led multiple M&A projects and asset acquisitions under Petrobras' divestment programme. Co-founder of Ouro Preto Óleo e Gás and 3R Petroleum, where he served as CTO, COO and CCO. Earlier career at Petrobras, Halliburton and PGS, with broad technical and operational experience.

Paulo Ricardo dos Santos

40 years in exploration · Roncador and Jubarte · Petrobras, OGX, Seacrest

40 years of experience in oil and gas exploration, with strong technical and managerial expertise and an extensive industry network. Took part in major onshore and offshore discoveries in Brazil, including Roncador and Jubarte, and in E&P asset evaluations across Latin America, the Gulf of Mexico and West Africa. Worked at Petrobras, OGX and Seacrest Petroleo. Partner at RJ+ since 2024 and managing partner of Leblon Óleo e Gás Consultoria.
